What are ADHD people usually good at?
Quick Answer:
Hyperfocus on things they actually care about, fast pattern recognition, creative problem-solving, and thriving under pressure when everyone else is panicking. Many ADHDers are also disarmingly good in a crisis - calm brain, chaotic moment, weirdly a great match. Add in high energy, out-of-the-box thinking, and a knack for connecting unrelated ideas, and you get a brain that's less 'broken' and more 'built for a different kind of terrain.'
